Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information engineering, communication engineering, automation or related majors;

2. Having 5 years or more of hardware design experience, with successful project experience, familiar with hardware design and development processes;

3. Have at least 3 years of experience as a technical team leader or technical manager, with mature team management and technical management skills;

4. Familiar with embedded systems and analog circuit design, digital circuit design, and proficient in commonly used hardware design tools (such as CADENCE development tools):

5. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, able to think independently and propose innovative solutions;

6. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with team members and other departments;

7. Pay attention to details, have strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and be able to maintain clear thinking in high-pressure environments.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and lead the hardware design and development, including: schematic design, PCB design, prototype manufacturing, testing and verification, and phase reviews, etc.;

  2. Be responsible for the management and coordination of the hardware team, supervise project progress and quality, and ensure projects are completed on time;

  3. Sort out and analyze existing issues, establish and optimize hardware design specifications, iterate and improve control processes, and enhance team work efficiency;

  4. Assist team members in solving technical problems, provide guidance and support, and promote the growth of team members;

  5. Participate in the analysis of new product requirements, technical feasibility assessment, and technical verification, and provide constructive suggestions;

  6. Work closely with other departments, coordinate and communicate to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of the project.
