High reliability design
The core functions are implemented using high-precision robots, and dual position servo slide tables are designed between each workstation. The key workstations are equipped with industry-leading imported equipment, combined with buffer workstations, which can absorb product fluctuations throughout the entire line and improve production flexibility.
Stability design
For fast and critical parts such as battery cell sorting and shell insertion, a large number of six axis standard industrial robots are used, with short debugging cycles, high stability, and comprehensive improvement of automation level.
High automation
Robots in the production line automatically load, sort, assemble, screw, weld, assemble, and test materials. Paired with AGV carts, conveyor lines, stacker cranes, etc., it can achieve zero module line workers (excluding material personnel).
Flexible design of production line
The system extensively adopts modular design, and rapid docking between adjacent processes can greatly shorten the debugging cycle. When the product process changes, some workstations can be replaced to achieve rapid process switching.
