On 16th October, CDMO Xanax Health (27.370, 0.92, 3.48%), a world-renowned nutritional and health food company, held a ceremony to inaugurate a new automated packaging production line 

at its industrial park in Pritzwalck, Germany. More than 100 guests, including customers and partners of Xanadu, Dr Ronald Thiel, Mayor of Pritzwalck, Mr Lin Peiqing, Chairman and CEO of 

Xanadu, Ms Sara Lesina, General Manager of Xanadu Europe and Americas, the management team of Xanadu, and representatives of Xanadu's employees in Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific,

With an investment of up to 16 million euros, the newly completed packaging line is capable of efficiently handling bulk orders as well as flexibly supporting the packaging needs of private labels.

This signifies that Xanax Health Pritzwalck Industrial Park in Germany has the ability to provide customers in Europe with complete end-to-end solutions from formulation development to final 

product packaging, which further promotes Xanax Health's business expansion and supply chain layout on a global scale.

Pharmaceutical-grade production standards, casting ‘immortal’ quality productivity

 that pharmaceutical-grade and food-grade softgel capsules can be seamlessly transferred from the production site to the packaging stage.


The new automated packaging line introduces two state-of-the-art production lines for bottling and blistering, which operate in accordance with pharmaceutical-grade Good Manufacturing Practices 

(GMP) standards, which will significantly shorten the lead time to as little as three weeks and significantly increase production capacity.

The high-speed bottle line is capable of customising up to 5 million bottles per year, ranging from 75 ml to 400 ml. The blister line, on the other hand, has a capacity of 20 million blister packs 

per year and can provide customised services for oval and olive softgel capsules, covering 10 blister types.

Digitalisation for quality and efficiency, green and sustainable practices

To better meet market demands, the new automated packaging line is equipped with advanced visual inspection systems and process control technologies. These systems incorporate 

the latest digital technology to monitor key parameters in real time, including product appearance, grammage and metal detection, to ensure that products meet high quality standards.


Xianle Health has been committed to promoting the green transformation and upgrading of the nutritional and health food industry, and actively responding to the United Nations 

Sustainable Development Goals to contribute to the sustainable development of the industry. The new packaging line is equipped with energy-saving heat pumps, energy recovery 

technology and solar (4.720, 0.05, 1.07%) panels, which can reduce energy consumption and emissions during the production process and improve the recycling rate of resources.
